Turner, Johnston (formerly called Bobett) said John Alston and James Alston, it being part of track of land granted by Henry Huster McCullouch, witnesses James Kimbrough and James Alston, followed by a deed p139 from Coffee to James Alston, 443 acres lying in Wake and Orange on SS of Nuce R. and NS of Elloby's Creek, adj. John Alston, Lewis and George Reeves' former line, Wit. James Kimbrough, William Moss. Both Alston's paid for their land. John Alston's wife was a d/o Frederick Geer and Granddaughter of William Reeves. Is this any family related sale -is the Geers (William and David) who show up in Greene Co., Ga. related to these Reeves/Geer/Alston family?
