His name was Thomas Oliver. My info has him born about 1816
Fauquier Co.Virginia. But he was living in Kentucky when he joined. He was a Pvt. in Cobb's Batter and was in the Battle of Ringgold Gap on November 27, 1863 and died 28 Nov. 1863 at Medical College Hospital, Atlanta GA.
He is not in the family cemetery. So I assume he was buried in Atlanta
