Surname: Pullium, Pulliam, Dobbs

I have two references to those names in copies of some land records from Franklin Co., GA. My William B. SMITH bought some land on Eastanolle Creek that adjoined a George W. PULLIAMs place. This is from a website about descendants of Joseph Pulliam, Generation Number 3. One of the witnesses to this land deal was a, Bolam DOBBS. The date on this document is 17 Jul 1833. Do these connect to your research? Also, do you have anything more on Bolam, if he does connect?
