Could this have been a Sally Jane Otwell? or were there 3 Namon Nicholsons?

i would like to solve this N.C.Nicholson mystery he is suppose to be my gggrandfather that is the name in a bible given to my ggrandfather which was given to my grandfather.But that is all there is there just N.C.Nicholson his son was a William Benjamin Nicholson b.1835 Lumpkin Co. Ga
