I am looking for the parents ofMark Hammond, born 1819 in Georgia. He married Mary ? They lived in Forsyth County, Georgia. Their children: Eveline, Sarah Caroline, Martha, and Catherine, and possibly others. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank's, Julie Everett

Hello I am researching Mark brother Hiram. They were in Forsyth Ga. 1850 and 60 has Mark on it by that time Hiram had moved to Floyd County. If you look at those Cencus you will see William C. Hammond living next to Mark and then with Mark. Also there are several books with all the Hammonds in it. Pioneer History of Forsyth County, Blood Kin, and a couple of more I can't think of right know. Those have a lot of good info. I believe Mark's and Father was William C. Mother Mary ? Very interested in you Hammond connection in Forsyth Co GA. My line is Hendrix from Forysth and two brothers married Hammond girls. William Hendrix married Eveline Hommond and Mansell Hendrix married Nancy Jane Hammond. I do not know if these are sisters nor who they descend from.
