I don't know if they were related. There was a Wiley Rouse listed in the Lumpkin Co., Ga. census along with Norman, Pleasant, and Everet. I was hoping you had come across Everet somewhere. He was born (Everet) in Ga. and died at age of 25. I cannot find him before 1850 or his wife after 1850 altho their children were in the census after they got married.
