I don't know if they were related. On the 1845 tax - Forsyth - Mills Rouse, Norman Rouse, and Wiley Rouse were listed. They were also on the 1840 Forsyth census. In 1853, Norman was listed on tax records in Lumpkin Co. He was living close to Everet so I thot they could be brothers. Wiley was also listed in Lumpkin Co. Don't know if it is yours tho.
