In 1928 the Hughes family held a reunion at the Hopewell Methodist Church in Forsyth county. A photo was taken of the more than 100 in attendance and mass produced for everyone in the photograph.

I have tried to identify the subjects in this photo and have only nineteen names to date. Those that have been identified are with few exceptions the children of my g.grandfather James Edward Hughes b.1824 d.1882 and their children.
