I saw a posting on this board but lost it. It was concerning some Lecroys of NEast Georgia. I don't know if someone was looking for clues, but I'll give you what I have just in case. In my family tree, I have a John & Mattie Lecroy who had a daughter named Virginia P. (Jennie). She married James (Jim) Marion Walden (sometimes Wallin/Wallen) in Walker Co. Georgia. According to family history written by my great-grandfather Walden, Jennie was from Bronco, Georgia. I didn't know where this was, but recently as I was visiting a relative, I saw a sign that had an arrow pointing to a turn to Bronco. I don't know if I was in Tennessee or Georgia when I saw the sign, but it was near Ringgold. Ringgold is Catoosa County Georgia. If you're looking for clues on NEGeorgia Lecroys, you might check Walker Co. (I've know some Lecroys live in Walker), Catoosa Co. GA, Hamilton Co. TN. If these don't give up clues... I'd start next with Whitfield Co. GA, Gordon Co GA, Chattooga Co GA, & Floyd Co Georgia. I've got family who were scattered all through that area, even Gilmer Co. GA.
