Classification: Query
Surnames: RICKARD, EVANS, ROGERS, NIEMAN, WHITED, KERBY, YARBROUGH, BATES, BEARDEN, KING, BROWN, etc...
...I would like to make contact with any person researching this surname or if I'm lucky are actually part of this family. I am trying to research this branch of the family Tree.
These are the names & info that are connected to the ones that I am researching:
Leilah (unk) RICKARD b.1870 TN
Nellie J. b.1886
Archie W. b.1887 m. Lillie EVANS
Nina W. b.1889
George A. b.1896
*possibly Allie
Oliver b.1918
Mary WHALEN b.1822 (aunt of Leilah)
This family was located in Jefferson County, TN during the 1900 census. Archie & Lilly eventually settled in Rome, Floyd County, GA, and opened a store. Lilly's siblings Kelt EVANS & Lizzie EVANS also lived in this area according to an obituary dated 1950. I am also researching this line as well.
I hope to make contact with anyone researching these lines... :-)
