Benjamin Church's land was auctioned off at the Fayetteville courtl house in 1829. It was listed as lot 95, 5th district, Carroll, property of Benjamin Church. I am trying to figure out if his property was in fayette co Ga or Carroll co ga or if Carroll was a militia district in Fayette co Ga. Would anyone know? Thanks
