I think the James E. Penny married Cora Harvard. Do you know if Clara C. Penny married William I. Horne? The death info I found on one of the Horne children stated that her mother's maiden name was Penny. The Hornes and Harvards lived in/around Dooly and Crisp Counties, Georgia.
