Since I've been online I've noticed that people in the genealogy community are very helpful so I decided to turn to you for some help. My Mom (82 years old) is trying to contact an old friend (90some years old) in the Chamblee, Georgia area. She tried calling today on the lady's birthday but got a message that the number had been changed. When she called the number she was given a strange lady answered and told her she had had both the old and new numbers. The lady she is looking for is Lillian Winterbottom and she had lived in Chamblee for years. Can anyone offer any suggestions? We live in Indiana so I don't have access to local phone numbers or books. Is there a library in Chamblee or Chamber of Commerce or other resources I might try?
