I am trying to make a connection and have hit a brick wall. According to the 1900 census in Cobb County, GA, Samuel W. Webb (born abt 1855) was married to a Mary A. Webb (born abt 1855-1860) with six children, including my great-grandmother, Lucinda. I'm trying to confirm that Mary A. Webb's maiden name Benton, born to Milton and Anna (or Ann E) Benton. I believe Mary must have died before 1910 because Samuel's spouse in later years is listed as Mollie.

Can someone help me make the connection? I cannot find Samuel or Mary in the 1880 census nor any marriage records for them.
