I have re-read the portion of Benjamin M. Raley's pension app that refers to his sister, Harriett Matilda. I want to make a small correction. Apparently, the part that I thought was "I hear our sister..." was actually, "I HAVE ONE sister..." The handwriting is difficult to read.
