there is a Paul Burnett age 18 on the 1910 Richmond County census; prisoner at the reformatory farm.

WWI draft registration lists him as Paul Augustas Burnett; born July 3, 1888 in Augusta Ga. Occupation painter; dependents- wife and child.Tall; slender build; blue eyes; Light brown hair; lost index finger. filed in Kanawah County WV

John H. appears to be accurate for what I'm looking for. I had found the same name in the 1900 US census and wasn't sure though. Also, the Paul Augustus matches since both of my Paul Burnett's had the middle name of Augustus although the WW1 registration birth date is off. But, perhaps he gave his incorrect age.
