Raymond C. Brinson, Raymond Calvin Brinson, 81, died Sept. 9 at home. He was a native of Miami and a resident of Savannah the past 20 years. He was a Coast Guard veteran and a self-employed finishing carpenter. He was a member of First Church of the Nazarene.
SURVIVORS: his wife, Miriam Barbaree Brinson of Savannah; four daughters, Raydene Bartlett and Naomi Kelly, both of Maine, Carole Brewer of McComb, Miss., and Cathie Lentz of Homestead, Fla.; three stepsons, Raymond Nesbitt, Glenn Nesbitt and Roy Nesbitt, all of Savannah; a stepdaughter, Linda N. Hanson of Santa Fe, N.M.; 15 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
MEMORIAL SERVICE: 7 p.m. today at First Church of the Nazarene. Hubert C. Baker Funeral Home, Hodgson Memorial Chapel.
