Thank you so very much for answering my query, Melvin Ammerman died in New IBeria, Louisiana during the years of the 1950's and the years that he was in Georgia could well be around the early 1900's to the 1920's. I don't know the birth date or the date of marriage, but it would be the early 1900's as he and his wife, Juanita Peacock Ammerman, were probably born in the late 1800's and they would have married in the early 1900's. His wife, Juanita Peacock was from Savannah, Georgia and her father was a druggist. She purchased a Louisiana plantation home in the late 1940's and the home was filled with beautiful antiques that I assume might have come from her family home in Savannah, Georgia, I don't know the names of her parents, hope this information helps,
