Looking for any info on Adeline Pauline Foard who married Benjamin Hubert Reynolds in 1822 in Milledgeville. I have marriage info but cannot find any birth or death records on Adeline. I believe she died pre-1850 since she is not with the family on the 1850 census in Russell County, AL.

Memory Hill Cemetery is the Milledgeville City Cemetery. It changed names in 1945. It is likely the people you are seeking are in an unmarked grave. I have search for the names you seek at the Memory Hill website with no results.
http://www.friendsofcems.org/MemoryHill/default1.htm
Ed Folds is a former owner of West Side Section G Lot 9 ands there is an unmarked adult slab there is also a Jennie Marsh Folds b. 31 Mar 1834 that died 22 Nov 1917 (could this be Jane?)
Also there are three plots owned by the Brookin family:
R.B. Brookins West Side Sec. G lot 58, Mrs. Mary Brookin West Side Sec. D, lot 57 and Brookin East Side Section I lot 35.
If you broaden your search to include spouse, parents, siblings you maybe able to find the unmarked grave. Good luck.

Sent you an email but I'm not sure if it would still be valid after all this time. Selma Gosnell Yarber was my great-grandmother. I remember visiting her during my childhood. You are correct that her grandfather raised her and so far I have been unable to find out exactly why, still working on it. My grandfather was Roy Yarber. He was one of nine children, five girls and four boys. Selma was born in 1900 and died in 1983. Her father's name was John Hill. Still looking for more info. Will get back to you if I find out more.
I wish you could see Edmund's gravesite ! I think it's at a carpet store. They chainlinked fenced it and then dug deeper around it so it's about eye level. By the way, have you read " A Piece of the Fox's Hide "? The horrible people in it are Edmund's descendants.
That's so neat that you have the early edition of the book. Mine is indexed but I read the whole thing through and took notes. I learned so much American history while trying to find things about the other families that those Hendersons married in Wilkes Co. They really married well there !

That's what I thought, that we are not related thru those families. Neither is Greenville Henderson. There's pockets of Hendersons throughout NC and SC in the 1700s that we now know are not closely related at all. I am not kin to any other Hendersons in Greenville SC prior to Mary Henderson Miller, but boy, do I have cousins that are related to those SC Hendersons !

I'm not at home right now, but if you are related to me through Israel Miller and Mary Henderson, I'll post the Swedish allegation of Edmond Miller, and the evidence that Paul Miller found about the Hendersons, when I get home.
