I am looking for a O'Neal from Washington Co. My gggrandfather JAMES T. ROBERTS married a JANE O'Neal
My grandmother was b in 1861 in Washington Co.
her name was MARY MAGDALENE ROBERTS.
JAMES T. ROBERTS was b in Spain, parents died on ship,
leaving several children, raised by Catholic Orphanage

Do you have any more information on the O'Neal family?
Henry was found in Washington Co, then he just disappeared
in the next census- My grandmother always said she was
born in Washington Co., but when I found her death cert
it said she was born in Pensacola- she was born Feb 8, 1861-
Mary Magadalene or Mary Elizabeth Roberts wish I could
find something about her and her family-

What do you mean by est. of Henry O'Neal-
I went to Washington Co a real long time ago-
The place was a mess- The ladies said all the old stuff
was up on the top of a cabinet and just go through look at
all I wanted to. I just looked at that real old book and didn't
want to ruin it anymore than it was ruined- I just left and
hoped somebody would go through that real old book and
do what was right by it. What did you find out about Henry?
Is it on the internet anyplace and where? Did it say how many
daughters he had and did it name any of them?

Hello, yes I have 6 pages of the copy of the papers that were filed on HENRY O'NEAL in WASHINGTON CO. FL. , dates starts at 1858. I made the trip down to FL. this month & picked them up as well as some on LEVI SMITH . Send your address & I will be glad to send them. Also you may need to make the trip back down , papers on others in that family are there I recall one on the COOKS for sure that I did not copy.
My husband WAYNE was a big help with the books so I was able to look at a lot, but not all. KAREN , KKYDEE2@JUNO.COM
