I'm having a hard time finding an ancestor and I'm hoping a Hendry or someone in Perry may know.

My GGGrandfather was James Richards Woods (born3-9-1876 and lived most his life in Perry). I recieved his death certificate and found that his mother's maiden name was Hendry with her first name listed as Jane. I have a birth year for Jane Hendry about 1843. I know her married name was Woods but I can't find out who her husband is (possibly Daniel Woods??) I think one reason I can't find her may be that Jane is possibly her middle name and not her first name? Does anyone have any info on a Jane Hendry?

I can't seem to find them in the census either! It's frustrating... so any info that anyone has please let me know!

I am looking for PREVATT descendants (Perry FL), James PREVATT born 9-07-1875 married to Frances Victoria Cannon. He died in 1908 and she remarried. ??? Can you help with any of this information? Cemetary or any other data would be appreciated.

Info I have is James Richard "Dick" WOODS 9 Mar 1876-8 Dec 1918 md Sarah Ellen WEAVER, Taylor Co 12 Dec 1897. He was son of Judson Irving WOODS and Martha Anna BOWDOIN. She was daughter of Norman WEAVER and Mollie E. WEAVER. Both buried Woodlawn Cemetery. No records of WOODS marrying a HENDRY

I am from Daniel Abraham Prevatt... great grand father, his son: James F. Prevatt, my father: Willie Prevatt. They came from the Perry FL area Taylor Co. and Aluchua Co. BUT, if you have any knowledge of the wife of James F. Prevatt's second marriage after he died, I would appreciate anything you may have. My grandmother's name was Francis (Frances) Victoria Cannon Prevatt who married James F. Prevatt, 30 Oct 1894 (I have their marriage certificate). She was listed with the 4 sons with her father James Cannon in the 1910 Census.

What information do you have onthe Woods? I have names in my line.

I have a Nancy Jane Hendry b 17 March 1845. However I do not have a spouse or death date for Nancy Jane Hendry. Her father is Robert McFail Hendry (1816-1888). She was one of 12 kids and named after her father's sister.
