He married twice, first to a Catherine Hutto and secondly to a Elizabeth Hutson or Hudson. John and Elizabeth Hair are shown on the 1860 census for Suwannee County, Fl. Also, Roland, his son, is listed in the same census along with his wife, Clara A. and two Children, John A. Hair and Theodora Hair. The Hair family is well established in this county.
