There is a master's thesis available at the FSU online library that discusses a Goff in Suwannee County in 1941.

If you need help finding it online, let me know. I read it last year while researching the Hair family of Suwannee County

I did not find either of them, James and Sarah Gray, at Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Cemetery Book 2, I also checked the other cemetery books for Suwannee County that I have and did not find them listed in any cemetery.
Also checked Find-A-Grave for Suwannee Co., and nothing there either.
