Virginia Lee McCurley of Sarasota, FL died Monday 26th March 2012. Ginny was born on December 24th, 1939 in Fort Myers, Fl. She grew up in Fort Myers and moved to Sarasota after she married Don McCurley in December of 1963. They first lived in a trailer park but moved to a house on Longhorn Drive where she lived out her life. She was widowed June 23rd, 1977 when her husband was killed in an industrial accident while employed by Davey Tree Company. She worked taking in dry cleaning in Sarasota for most of her life, leaving Cove Cleaners the last time in 2010.

She was predeceased by her mother Marguerite Hilton of Longwood, her father James Lee Hilton of Fort Myers, and youngest sister Susan Horne of Blairsville, GA. She is survived by one brother James Hilton of Crestview and three sisters: Mary Ann Varda of Fort Myers, Janell Patricia Larocque of Altamonte Springs, and Melinda Maud Levesque of Orange City.

Also surviving her are: one step-son Kenneth Fletcher of Sarasota, one son Tracy Hilton of Riverview, one daughter Audra Patrick of Orlando, one granddaughter April Granlee of Gibsonton and one great-grandaughter Nakya Granlee of Gibsonton.

She was cremated March 29th. There was no memorial service.
