The Francis Hall the previous Poster listed is indeed buried at Providence Baptist Church Cemetery, Putnam County, Florida. You can visit the Find-A-Grave link below to see a photo of his headstone.. He was a confederate Soldier Co I 2nd Florida Infantry. His wife was Rebecca Geiger. They were married Sept 19, 1965 in Hamilton County, Florida.

Also here is his Confederate Pension file

Hope this info helps. I am not related to the family. I just survey cemeteries in the area and remember this grave.

Kristy,
Thanks so much for the information but I already have it and have been to both Francis' and Racheal's graves. I THANK GOD that when I went to them I was with my mother who 3 months later was diagnosed with cancer and 9 months later joined her God and Family.
I know Francis moved to Putnam Co. from Hamilton Co. in/about 1881, when he and Rebecca moved there because of the better economic/job conditions.
THE ONE THING I DO NOT HAVE IS DOCUMENTATION that Rebecca is in a plot next to him. One of his daughters, Rosetta (Hall)Bohannon is buried in the plot next to him. I have asked the Church secretary but she says she has no information. After the deaths of both of our parents my brother and I have set out to document our family history and to place markers on all of our un-marked ancestors graves.
Please feel free to send any information you have on the Hall family line. I will glady send ALL that I have, I am not one that tries to keep my research to myself or a select few.
My personal e-mail is: mark.a.hall@us.army.mil
I have a lot of information on the rest of the Hall Family that moved to Putnam Co. and further information on those after.
I look forward to your reply,

Mark

Just out of curiosity is there perhaps a death certificate on her. I know that I view early GA death certificates On line and they list the cemetery where the person is buried. I have never had the resources to oreder a bunch of Florida death certificates so I am not sure what is on them..Just a thought.. If I run across anything I will let you know..
