Looking for ANY information on David "Dave" Clifford
Walker from Ft. Meade. He was born in Ft
Meyers but raised in Ft
Meade. I have found some of his brothers buried at
Watson Cemetery. Would also like to find info on his father, Wade
Hampton Walker and his first wife Jessie ?. The family story on Jessie is, she left Wade
Hampton and went to
Tampa to be a "madam". Wade
Hampton Walker was suppose to have been a extremely mean man. We've been told that he would have rather shot a man down than to look at him. Wade
Hampton was born around 1860-1865 in the
Polk Co. area. ANY info would be greatly appreciated!!!
