Where is the Old Auburndale Cemetery?

I'd like to visit the Old Auburndale Cemetery to take some tombstone photos, but can't seem to locate an address for it. I know it's not the same place as the Auburndale Memorial Park, and I don't think it's the cemetery on 92 (just plain Auburndale Cemetery).

This is the cemetery where the Van Fleets and Footes are buried.

Can anyone give me directions?

Thank you,

K. Stewart

Can you give some full names and dates so we can maybe try to search for them?
What is the source for them being buried in the Old Auburndale Cemetery?
