I am in search of any information on my grandfather. His name is Thurman Payne. He was born December 4, 1919 and died in St Petersburg, Fla December 4, 1995. I do not know much about him. All that I do know is that he lived in Pineville, Ky around 1944. He was married to Emma Elliot at that time. They had 4 children. 3 boys and 1 girl. My father could not give me much information on him due to the fact that he left when my father was around 2 yrs old. (1946).
