In the 1930 census for Pinellas Co., in St. Petersburg, the Isaac B. Burnett (aged 57) family appears, with wife Anna R. (aged 38) and daughter Mary D. (aged 3 7/12). The daughter Mary D. Burnett could conceivably be alive, aged about 80.
I am trying to learn what happened to this man and/or his daughter in hopes of learning specifically what his middle name was. Obviously, his daughter would likely know, and that middle name might appear on any record involving him, including a death certificate.
He was a son of Samuel Ellis Burnett, born ca 1850 in Blount Co. TN. Isaac B. Burnett was a painter in Knoxville, Knox Co. TN, leaving between 1915 and 1920 for St. Petersburg. He was in St. Petersburg for the 1920 census with his second wife -- and in 1930 with his third.
Since he moved to St. Pete in his 40s was still lving there at 60, it looks like he may have lived out the rest of his life there and died in that county.
He owned land in Knox Co. so I suspect he was positioned to own his home in St. Pete and be in the city directory. His daughter would have started school in the early 1930s, so there may be school records that would give her parents' full names.
Any help in locating what happened to this man would be appreciated. Since I last have him in the 1930 census, I do not know when he died or what happened to his daughter. Thanks in advance for any help. --Carl
