My name is Mildred Mills Stevenson, I host the Dixie Co. FlGenWeb Roots Site. I am trying to find out where my Aunt Minnie A. Mills married. Does anyone have a list of Polk County marriages? She would have been married in the late twenties or early forties. (1900's) She married Wiley Rivers, formerly of Taylor Co., Fl. They didn't marry in any of our N. Fl. counties, as I have researched this area.
She raised his six children after his wife died. She was a school teacher before marriage, and I think she taught in Ft. Meade. Any information would be much appreciated.
