My greatgrandmother; last known place in 1923 was Levy county. Divorced from Wilbur Davis in 1923 in Lake Co, she was with a man by the name of DW or GW Patterson; said to be engaged (also with someone last name of GORE);

I since have more information. According to a court deposition where her husband filed for divorce in 1921 and again they were in court in 1923, Susie was living with or engaged to a man named G.W. Patterson. It is believed G.W. later married another. She also was with a man with the last name of Gore. They do not list his first name in the court deposition. I am trying to find anyone in Levy County that might know of Susie Davis (that was her married name); maiden name of KEMP but if she remarried, her name would be changed. Last known address was Levy County in October 1923. Thank you

Since there are DAVIS lines mingled in my GORE line I wonder if maybe the GORE she was living with was a family member? Does it state the relationship? If you want to send me the papers I will try to see if I can see something that stands out to me.

I have reason to believe Susan's mother's maiden name was GORE - her father was Sidney Kemp and mother's name was Mary. They lived in Levy County, Sidney died in 1905 and Mary remarried someone by the last name of Odum. There are marriage records and death records that someone looked up for me that shows Mary's maiden name was GORE. Any info on that line would be appreciated! I found out Sidney was born in the Bahamas but nothing on Mary - thank you!!
