I am trying to find information on a James Anthony Tew. He went by Tony and served in the Navy. From the N.C area was married and had a son named William Waylon Tew. When William was 8 his father, James Anthony Tew passed away in car accident. Not long after Williams mother took him to Texas where he was raised. Now 18 years old he longs to be reunited with the family he hardly new. Would appreciate ANY and ALL help. Thanks again.

You need to locate any obits that might be out there. Also, look for a death certificate. Find out where Tony was buried and maybe the cemetery or funeral home has some information. Maybe there was a newspaper article on the car crash. Request Tony's military records, there will be family history in there.
Tew is not a common name. Have you tried contacting the "Tew's" in NC and see if there is any relation?
This is something that you need to do. You did not put much information in your posting for much other help.
