The Tampa Tribune is only online under Geneology Bank, which cost. Then it only goes thru 1933.
For The Tampa papers, I always go to the library on Ashley street. There are two buildings there. The one closest to the river is where you want to go. go up the elevator to the Geneology/History section. Get off and go to the desk. They are very helpful there.
It won't be long before your a pro there.
