Benjamin Franklin Bennett (21 March 1863-12 June 1929…note: death certificate listed date of birth as 21 March 1864) married (1)M. Lula Stanton and (2)Lula Lee Phillips (15 March 1875-14 November 1948) and lived in Georgia before settling in Pensacola, Escambia County, Florida. The children of Benjamin Franklin and Lula Lee Phillips Bennett were: Sadie L. Bennett (born January 1893); Carrie Ellinor Bennett (11 August 1896-13 March 1957) married (1)George Edgar Hetzel (22 February 1887-9 May 1933) and (2)Ely Coleman Nall (30 January 1882-25 October 1950) in 1936 in Escambia County, Florida; Buma B. Bennett (born June 1898); Mary Lizzie Bennett (born ca. 1900); Theodore Bennett (21 March 1904-12 September 1961) married ___________; and John F. Bennett (1 September 1909-6 October 1962).
