In search of James Howard Pippins obituary. Have the understanding that he was killed this past Sept/Oct of 2002........have tried to look up Blountstown, Calhoun Co, Fl newspaper without success.........I know it is called The County Record, but not sure if I'll looking it up correctly online. Any help would be greatly appriecated.
