I'm in search of any news paper articals of the death of my uncle who was shot he was found at Indian beach. His name was Carl L Withrow he was originaly from Charleston West Virginia. He was found either on Feb 17th, 18th or 19th of 1999. They said he commited suicide but the family feels foul play, because of so many unanswered questions that the police do not have answers for.
