I'm not sure if you are still interested in the location of cemeteries where the Thomas' you are researching are buried in Union/Bradford County. However, the primary locations are Hunt,
Fort Call, New
Zion,
Dekle, Midway, Dedan, and Antioch in
Alachua County. Unfortunately the cemetery that probably holds the most relevant information you seek regarding the Scott connection was most likely destroyed when a gas pipeline was installed in southwest
Union County. In 1996, I was fortunate enough to visit what is thought to be the site of the former cemetery. A local land owner allowed members of my family access to the site and all that remians are two headstones. Others may lie buried. One is almost entirely encircled by the trunk of an oak tree that has grown around the marker. The ohter marker stands close by. The standing marker appears to be that of William Scott. Unfortunately I did not have a camera, and did not record much of the information. However the other marker is that George .W. S.Thomas, thought to be the sone of Jesse E. The dates on that marker are September 4, 1851 - October 14, 1853. The daughter of Jesse E. and Eliza Scott is buried at
Fort Call, however her husband
Issac Nettles' grave is not marked if it is located there.
