Hi, I know of an orphanage called "Bruen Home for Children". My dad and 2 of his sisters lived there for awhile. In the 1920 census it lists my 2 aunts. I have an articlethat states it was located in one of the most charming sections of Georgetown at 3300 O St. I wrote a letter to them but it was returned they are no longer in business. If you are interested I can give you the http:// so you can read about the home. In the 1920 census it lists many, many names. If you cannot find your loved ones name, I will be happy to check the list I have. Good luck. Perhaps our relatives knew each other. tday
