On Monday, June 21, 1982, of Bethesda, Maryland, beloved husband of Kathryn E. Boone, father of Betty Lewis, Dorothy Guandolo, Margaret Baldwin and Daniel Boone; brother of Dr. Leslie Boone and Dorothy Nicholls. Twenty grandchildren and two great-grandchildren also survive. Friends will be received at Pumphrey’s Bethesda-Chevy Chase Funeral Home, 7557 Wisconsin Avenue, Bethesda, Maryland, on Wednesday, 3 to 5 and 7 to PM, where services will be held on Thursday, June 24 at 11AM.
