Does anybody know of a library that might have directories
for Washigton D.C. Covering the years 1916 to 1960?
I am trying to locate my Great-grandfather Edward Joseph
McGee. I know on the WW one draft registration and 1920 census he was living with my great-grandmother at 451 H
street northwest Washington D.C.. They split up between the 1920 and 1930 census. And i am having a hard time locating him. My great-grandmothers name was Elizabeth G. McGee in 1930 census she was on Varnum street northwest D.C..
I found her in the 1940 census she was living in Colmar Manor, Maryland and had lived in Colmar Manor since 1935.
Anybody that would know could you please let me know.
