Classification: Query
Surnames: FOSTER, PARKER, MAGRUDER, VIDETO, KNIGHT, BOBLITS
I'm seeking information about the family of Ida Virginia (FOSTER) PARKER MAGRUDER, who was born in Montgomery, AL on 29 Oct 1889, and died in D.C. on 20 Sep 1949 (buried Cedar Hill Cem., Suitland, MD).

Ida was first married on 15 Oct 1908 in Montgomery to Howard D. PARKER, by whom she had one child, Virginia Howard PARKER (born 1 March 1911 in Montgomery, AL).

After PARKER's death in 1915, Ida married secondly on 26 Dec 1918 in Montgomery to Louis M. MAGRUDER (called Marion G. MAGRUDER in the 1920 census), by whom she had a second child, Margaret MAGRUDER (born ca 1918 in Montgomery, AL).

Ida had a younger half-sister named Sarah Missouri VIDETO (born 25 June 1912 in Montgomery, AL) who first married Johnnie E. KNIGHT in 1930 in Montgomery, but at the time of her death on 3 Apr 1989 she bore the surname "BOBLITS." She, too, is supposedly buried at Cedar Hill Cemetery in Suitland, MD. These entries from the Soc. Sec. Death Index almost surely refer to her and her family:

SARAH M BOBLITS born 25 Jun 1912 died 03 Apr 1989 20640 (Indian Head, Charles, MD)
SS# 416-12-6135 (issued Alabama)

ELMER H BOBLITS born 20 Feb 1905 died 05 Oct 1994 20640 (Indian Head, Charles, MD)
SS# 578-03-3486 (issued District of Columbia)

FRANK T BOBLITS born 02 Jan 1930 died 10 Oct 1998 (V) 20640 (Indian Head, Charles, MD)
SS# 579-34-0399 (issued District of Columbia)

I am most interested in locating obituaries for these individuals, in the hope of finding living descendants to contact. Ida Virginia and Sarah Missouri were first cousins of my wife's grandmother, but we have lost track of their branches of the family since their removal to the D.C. area in the 1930's.

Any assistance will be most gratefully received!
