Merigo/Mengo Boll/Ball (black man) poll tax, $134.00. No property tax listed. If Mango is a Black man (and I've found several in tax rtcords) he xwas a free man.

1823, Little Creek Hd

Manain/Manam Bull of BCH (Broad Creek Hundred--moved to or from BC in 1823?) $850 property and personal tax rate. (He owned a good amount of property for this time and place).
