They also maintain a family folder by surname. http://www.hsd.org/Library_FamilyHistory_Folders.htm

I've hired them for 1 hour of research and purchased copies of a few family folders. It gave me some clues and was worth the expense particularily when I live 750 miles from New Castle County.
