My ancestor, Jeremiah Rowell, came into the colony of Pennsylvania with other Welsh in 1701, and settled in the area of Iron Hill or Pencader Hundered, now part of New Castle County,DE. They migrated with others in 1735 to South Carolina, along the Pee Dee River in Darlington. I'm looking for anyone who has researched this family or knows where I should start looking myself. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Jim
