Does anyone have any information regarding this Samuel A. York (parents, spouse, children, etc...)?


I believe he is the son of Daniel York and Esther J. Babcock, and believe his wife was Helen E. Osborn. Can anyone clarify this for me? Perhaps someone knows who his children are? If the the Samuel A. York I'm researching is the same one that was mayor of New Haven in 1888, then his birthdate would be May 25, 1839. I am interested in finding out if he had a son, Samuel Albert York (d: 1931) who married Anna Holcomb.

If this is the same Samuel A. York, then I have his ancestry back to James & Joanna(h) York(e) and will share with anyone who wants it.
