I've been trying to find out who Phebe BUCK m Joseph SKINNER had as parent's and have been looking in Tolland County records. Now I understand Windham County changed (Hebron) into Tolland at some point. Perhaps Phebe's parents were from Windham. Another name that comes up in the marriage is Phebe PALMERTER. This in found in Marriages Prior to 1800 for the Second Congregational Church in Gilead. Time period would be from the 1730s to 1790s. So, was Hebron, at one time in Windham County
