The name of the cemetery is: B'nai Israel Cemetery, Mansfield, Tolland county, CT

These are the some directions I just found on www.findagrave.com:

The B'nai Israel Cemetery is located on the west side of junction of Routes 31 & 32. It is south of Agudath Achim and Hillel and they are adjacent to one another

I believe this is around UCONN.
