Can someone help me track down the location of a document referred to as "Act: heirs of Daniel Mason, as he died 7 May 1705, son of Daniel 2 Mason (John 1) by his first wife."

There is still argument about whether Daniel 3 Mason and Hezekiah 3 Mason are full siblings born to Margaret [Denison] Mason, or half-brothers born to Margaret and "Unknown." I am trying to resolve it once and for all. Primary sources are SCARCE!
