I am seeking the parents for a Mary AVERILL b. 1708 in Preston, New London Co., CT. She married a James MORGAN (b. 1707 in same place as his wife) in 1727 in CT. Their children were Daniel, Samuel, James, Hannah, and Rachel. Thanks for any help. It is greatly appreciated!

Thanks for the info. I was down in Florida for the winter and just got back home. So I was unable to reply to you until now.

In the book entitled "Averill family" by Clara A. Avery a Thomas Averill b. 1672 who m. Mary BAKER and had a dau. Mary b. 3/9/1707 shows that Mary b. 1707 was unmarried as of 5/9/1734. The book doesn't show that she m. a James MORGAN. Supposedly Mary and James MORGAN were married in 1727. So there needs to be proof that Mary m. James MORGAN such as their marriage being recorded somewhere in Church records. Do you have any? Thanks.
