Searching for info on Aaron and Joel Thomas, sons of Aaron Thomas and Zipporah Button. I believe they may have been involved in the emmigration west, thru NE PA, southern NY and eventually Ohio. LDS places Aaron's death in Ohio, but nothing else in between. Can anyone fill in some of the blanks, wives, etc. Aaron Sr, died in 1779 so if they acquired property from him they would likely have disposed of if before heading west. An Aaron and Joel Thomas appear in the 1800 census for present day Elmira, Chemung, NY and the given date ranges do match their dates of birth. Any help would be appreciated.
